TGG Privacy Statement
TGG has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the TGG web site (the “Site”) is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
This policy covers how TGG treats personal information that TGG collects and receives from users of TGG. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name or email address that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TGG does not own or control, or to personnel that TGG does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
- TGG collects personal information when you register with TGG such as your name, email address, Company, Title, and other means of contact information. Once you register with TGG and log on to our services, this information is never disseminated to outside parties without your expressed permission.
- TGG collects marketing related information and makes this information available to your organization’s primary contact referred to as your TGG “Administrator”.
- TGG automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP Addresses, TGG Cookie information, and the page you request.
- TGG uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests, contact you, and provide reporting for your organizations TGG “Administrator”.
- At no time and under no circumstance, will TGG share or distribute your personal information with any person or entity outside the terms and conditions of this privacy statement.
We require customers who register to use TGG content and services to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number. Customers can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the website and editing their Personal Information within the Personal and Company Profile Sections. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.
TGG uses the information that we collect to provide marketing feedback on individuals to appointed administration personnel. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Services that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as new products and application upgrades. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with any third parties under any circumstances outside the terms and conditions of this privacy statement and any other agreements made with TGG. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to email@example.com. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a User ID and Password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information we do not disclose to any third-party the information provided. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for Services. TGG does not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. TGG uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
When your web browser or email application requests a web page or email from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called your computer’s “IP address.” (IP stands for “Internet protocol.”) For most users accessing the Internet from a dial-up Internet service provider (ISP), the IP address will be different every time you log on.
When you interact with the TGG Website we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the Site previously.
Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to TGG, you remain anonymous to TGG. TGG only uses Session cookies. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you’ve closed your browser or turned off your computer. TGG does not use Persistent cookies.
TGG uses session cookies containing encrypted or encoded information including your username and session ID. This information allows TGG to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you’ve logged in and are required in order to use the TGG application. Users who disable their Web browsers’ ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Website but will not be able to successfully use our service.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

The Site contains links to other web sites. TGG is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects billing information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. TGG also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, TGG provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.
Correcting & Updating Your Information
If customers need to update or change registration information they may do so by editing the user or organization record. To update a Profile, log on to TGG and select Personal Info, to add or update information. To update Organization’s data, log on to TGG and select Company. To update billing information please email email@example.com or call 608.957.9980. To discontinue the Service and to have data returned, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 608.957.9980.
